Pickled PartnershipPickling Princesses was born on a Sunday afternoon in 2013 while making Bloody Mary's in Kasie's kitchen. Being the condiment lovers that we are we were dissatisfied with the choices offered by the local supermarkets. We craved a flavor that has extreme heat and makes you pucker with delight. So we decided to make our own. Beginning with research, buying supplies and collecting family recipes we ventured out on our pickling journey.
The kitchen feels right at home for Kasie, an Oklahoma country girl at heart and Kimberly a former baker of 15 years. We started with 36 jars and now we can make up to 150+ in one day. As our knowledge expanded so did the curiosity of our girlfriends who wanted to join in on our pickling bandwagon. Anyone who had tasted our pickles immediately wanted another jar. With such an overwhelming response to our pickles we decided to take it to another level offering our signature hometown recipes to women and men in the world that are interested in this field of appetizing deliciousness. We started hosting pickling parties, teaching men and women how to create the taste they desire . Our vision is to teach people to be creative with food and herbs. Nothing better than a homemade gift. 2030 BC Cucumbers brought from their native India helped begin a tradition of pickling in the Tigris Valley. Our mission is to not let this centuries old tradition fade away into the consumerist society that we live in today. The kitchen is the heart & soul of the home and that's where Pickling Princesses thrive. |
